I'm back with the next page of BeruBara Kids! The theme this time seems to be about dressing in drag... sort of. Hopefully it will make more sense if once the article translation is finished.

Since Bijou Blade's first release is BeruBara Kids, I think it only makes sense that the first series recommendation should be the original Rose of Versailles 「ベルサイユのばら」 manga and anime. Now, since you've found this site at all, you are probably already familiar with The Rose of Versailles (aka. BeruBara) in one of it's many incarnations, or perhaps you've only seen references to it in discussions or lists of "classic" anime and manga.

Hey there! Welcome to Bijou Blade!

Today is the release of our first scanlation series: BeruBara Kids!

BeruBara Kids is a 4-panel parody comic strip based on The Rose of Versailles. It's quite cute and funny, and the chibis are adorable! This is one of my favorite series so I'm very excited to work on this project!
